    • The structuring of a foreign investment entity for institutional investors which has investments that include several signature buildings in New York City.
    • An off balance sheet joint venture with a non-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) controlled by a large insurance company that formed a joint venture with a foreign investment fund to which the REIT contributed multiple properties and the investment fund contributed cash.
    • Three German investment entities advised by Prudential Real Estate Investors in the sale of 95% of an office building at 666 Fifth Avenue in New York for $1.8 billion – the most expensive per square foot price ever paid for an office building in the United States.
