Alexis Martin is an associate in the Detroit Metro office of Ogletree Deakins.  Her wide range of practice skills and talents is a result of a career that has taken her from coast to coast, experience that she brings to Ogletree Deakins’ Employment Law and Litigation practice groups. Alexis focuses her practice on defending employers against the full spectrum of employment claims; including contract disputes, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, wage and hour, and other employment-related administrative changes and lawsuits. 

Alexis counsels companies on OSHA compliance and has successfully represented clients before state OSHA agencies. Additionally, Alexis reviews and drafts employment agreements, employee handbooks, safety manuals, policies and procedures, and other documents designed to help clients avoid liability and implement sound management practices.
