A member of the Litigation Department, Alicia brings a wealth of experience in a wide variety of litigation matters. She has trial experience, successfully represented clients in mediations and arbitrations, and successfully argued before the Ohio First District Court of Appeals. 

Her practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions in federal and state courts throughout the United States in cases involving trusts and fiduciaries, the Uniform Commercial Code, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act and mortgage foreclosures. 

Alicia also has a general commercial practice, representing public and private companies and individuals and has experience in insurance defense, as well as general litigation experience. While at Dinsmore, she has served as the Prosecutor for the City of Blue Ash, Ohio and the Prosecutor for the Village of Silverton, Ohio.
