Alper Kaufer is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group based in our Frankfurt office. He has particular experience on litigation and counseling in all aspects of German labor and employment law, as well as related fields such as pensions, social security law and business immigration including posting of employees. His experience also covers advising national and international corporations on all aspects of individual and collective employment law issues.

Alper counsels clients on termination procedures, social security laws and in matters involving labor litigation. He also advises in all matters of Works Council rights of participation and codetermination. He has profound experience with employment contract law including work agreements as well as the conclusion and termination of employment agreements for employees, managerial employees and managing directors.
