Amelia L. Sanchez-Moran is an Associate in the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ms. Sanchez-Moran has a broad range of experience defending employers in various wage and hour class, representative and collective actions, and in administrative hearings before the DLSE.

Ms. Sanchez-Moran represents employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and breach of contract litigation in state and federal court, and in administrative matters before the DFEH and EEOC. 

Ms. Sanchez-Moran also advises companies on a broad spectrum of day-to-day matters related to the dynamic legal landscape of California and national employment laws. She focuses her practice on understanding the nuanced needs of her clients and tailoring the defense of claims against them accordingly.  

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Sanchez-Moran worked with national law firms in their employment law practices. While attending law school, she helped found the Art Law Society and helped edit the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal. She also worked as an intern at the Guggenheim Museum in New York.
