Amy Moore joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2013. She has assisted both issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions, including IPOs on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and AIM. She also focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other transactional advice for corporate clients.

Amy has also worked on secondment at a NYSE listed company and a FTSE 100 company.
