Andrew Gahan is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office. Mr. Gahan joined K&L Gates in January 2015 and has experience working closely with the Corporate/M&A, Commercial Disputes, and Product Liability practice groups. In the Corporate/M&A group, he focuses on general corporate and securities law, including securities offerings, corporate governance matters, a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, and other regulatory compliance matters. In the Commercial Disputes and Product liability practice groups, Mr. Gahan assists in the representation of manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, sporting goods, and other consumer products, in breach of contract, fraud, false advertising, unfair competition, and other commercial litigation.
