Professional Biography:
Andy Kwiatkowski is a Partner in the Litigation Department. His experience covers all aspects of the litigation process, from dispute resolution to jury trials. Andy's litigation practice focuses on product liability, class action, warranty, and construction issues. Andy has recently acted as counsel to defend companies against lemon law/warranty claims, consumer class actions and mass tort claims, and occupational disease intentional torts. He has also recently defended and prosecuted delay, construction defect, and bid protest cases as well as filed and litigated mechanic's liens in the construction context. In addition to Ohio, Andy has practiced and appeared in Courts in Florida, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Virginia, and Nebraska. Andy is a member of the Recruiting and Professional Development Committees.
