Andy served as Mintz Levin’s Managing Member from 2004 to 2009 and as the firm's Assistant Managing Member from 1989 to 1998. His practice principally involves real estate acquisition, development, and finance and general corporate finance. He represents a variety of corporate and institutional enterprises in their regional and national transactions, including multistate retail acquisition, leasing and sale leaseback transactions, health care facility financings, and joint ventures.
