  • Ashley Pack represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation, sexual harassment investigations, wage and hour audits, unemployment claims, unfair labor practice, and union representation cases. She has successfully represented clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitration. Ashley has also helped many clients arrive at favorable settlements through the mediation process. Recently, she has litigated several Section 10(j) injunctive relief cases and obtained a defense verdict in an employment contract dispute.

    Ashley routinely counsels business owners, managers, and in house counsel regarding employee discipline, policies and procedures, payroll, and other labor and employment law issues. She represents clients in many diverse industries, including banking, healthcare, retail, and energy and natural resources. She also practices Media and First Amendment Law, advising newspapers and media outlets on prepublication review, advertising, and defamation issues.

    Ashley is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyer's Rising Star, and is very active in the community, sitting on various nonprofit boards. She is also an active speaker and writer. Many of her speeches and publications are available in the publications section.
