Audrey has experience drafting and negotiating various technology and IP-related agreements, including assignment agreements, license agreements, and SaaS agreements.

In the trademark area, Audrey helps clients create and protect their brands. She counsels clients in their selection, registration, and enforcement of trademarks throughout the world.

She also counsels clients on issues relating to copyrights, open source software, and sweepstakes.

Audrey is actively involved with pro bono matters, including representing clients in post-conviction proceedings, such as life without parole sentences imposed on juvenile offenders.
