Ben is an Associate in the Litigation section of the Dallas office. His experience includes patent litigation and domestic and international trademark and copyright enforcement and litigation. Ben has worked with clients in a variety of industry segments including electronic goods, software publishing, cellular phones, Internet-based services, shopping centers, and supply-chain management.

Ben leverages his information technology background when helping clients with wide-ranging issues such as disparaging social-media posts, infringing web content and advertising, and domain-name issues. Ben has also assisted clients by tracking and pursuing sellers and distributors of counterfeit consumer goods domestically and internationally in cooperation with various countries’ customs departments.
