Brett T. Lane focuses his practice on representing management in all aspects of labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on FLSA and state wage and hour matters. Brett has defended numerous employers in collective actions alleging claims for failure to properly pay overtime and "off the clock" work. Brett also routinely advises employers on FLSA classifications and wage and hour policies, and audits companies for compliance with wage and hour laws. Additionally, Brett’s practice includes working closely with, and counseling, employers on various employment laws, policies and employee matters, and defending employers against discrimination, harassment and retaliations claims.
