Brian Potts is a litigator and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is nationally recognized for his knowledge of U.S. energy and environmental laws, particularly the Clean Air Act. He has been quoted or published in virtually every national news publication on a wide variety of energy and environmental law topics.
Mr. Potts has successfully represented clients in dozens of administrative contested-case hearings before various federal and state agencies. He also regularly practices in federal and state courts around the country. He has represented clients in state and federal court proceedings in Colorado, Kentucky, Maine, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin, won appeals for clients at the 7th Circuit and the D.C.
