  • Mr. Stork, an associate with the Firm, practices in the Litigation Section, with an emphasis in general commercial litigation, personal injury disputes and real estate matters in state and federal courts.  He has experience representing insurers and self-insured companies in a variety of tort based litigation, with an emphasis on premises liability disputes, products liability and multi-party real estate fraud.  Mr. Stork also handles commercial litigation matters on behalf of medium and large businesses, including contractual disputes, franchise litigation, business torts, injunctive relief and post-judgment collection actions.  He also has experience with healthcare litigation involving the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and Federal False Claims Act.  Furthermore, Mr. Stork has experience handling disputes involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Texas Debt Collection Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

    Scope of Practice:
    Contracts, business torts, franchise litigation, healthcare litigation, products liability (with an emphasis on exercise/recreational equipment products), unfair debt collection claims, premises liability, insurance defense, real estate disputes, injunctive relief and post-judgment collection actions.
