Brian P. Keane, Member
Brian’s practice deals with all aspects of corporate and transactional law and general business representation, including registered public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, and general business counseling.
He has represented numerous companies and underwriters in public financings, including initial public offerings, PIPE offerings, shelf offerings, and follow-on offerings. On an ongoing basis, Brian represents a number of public and private companies at various stages of development in a wide variety of industries.
After graduation from law school, Brian clerked for the Honorable Francis J. Boyle of the US District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
Before attending law school, he worked as an engineer and manager for the US Air Force’s Electronic Systems Division.
During law school, he was an editor of the Boston College Law Review.
