Brian Walsh is Special Counsel in the firm’s Government Contracts practice.  Mr. Walsh counsels and represents government contractors and subcontractors on a broad range of government contracts matters, including bid protests, contract claims and disputes, teaming and subcontracting issues, government investigations and audits, and compliance with ethics and procurement integrity laws.  Mr. Walsh came to Covington from another major Washington government contracts practice, where among other matters he handled hundreds of bid protests before the Government Accountability office and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
