  • Bruce I. Goldstein, a Member of the Firm, focuses his practice on litigation where he has gained a reputation as a take-charge litigator managing large complex cases. He also focuses on defending companies and individuals who are targets of white collar criminal investigations as well as representing and defending law firms.

    Mr. Goldstein was appointed by the United States District Court, District of New Jersey as Chair of a Merit Selection Panel to consider the appointment of a United States Magistrate Judge for the Trenton Vicinage for the District of New Jersey. He was awarded the Judge Learned Hand Award for Humanitarianism by the American Jewish Committee and the 2007 New Jersey Bar Association’s Professional Lawyer of the Year Award for Essex County. His lifelong commitment to teaching and trial advocacy was recognized by the Trial Advocacy Institute of the University of Virginia School of Law by conferring on Mr. Goldstein the Justice William J. Brennan Award for Trial Advocacy.
