Carolyn J. D. Abram focuses her practice on the structuring and formation of investment funds with a particular emphasis on private investment funds of various strategies (including buyout, real estate, and infrastructure), as well as related secondaries transactions, fund restructurings, co-investment arrangements, and executive remuneration arrangements. Carolyn represents clients that include fund sponsors and significant institutional investors. She also advises on a variety of private placements and private equity-related transactions, including cross-border and domestic acquisitions and debt financing for investment funds and vehicles, and portfolio companies.
