Chanson Chang's practice focuses on patent litigation and advisory work in a variety of industries, such as medical device, pharmaceutical, wireless communication, and computer technologies. He has represented clients in both federal district court, including Hatch-Waxman cases, and the U.S. International Trade Commission. His experience encompasses all stages of litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants in complex patent cases, extending through appeal. He also has experience advising on patent issues relating to Orange Book listing and M&A due diligence.
