Her legal practice involves various corporate matters including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional bilateral and syndicated loans, mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring, joint venture arrangements, sale and purchase of businesses and commercial real estate, liquidation of asset portfolios, and licensing and regulatory compliance.
