Professional Biography

As a testament to MWE China’s leadership in China’s legal community, China’s chief administrative body – the State Council – conferred upon John Huang the Special State Subsidy Award in 2011. The Award is a rare and prestigious honor in China, made even more exceptional by the fact that John Huang was the only practicing lawyer among the 2011 recipients. The State Council took the unprecedented step of conferring the Award upon John Huang in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the development of China’s legal profession.
