Christopher A. Cernik focuses his practice on transportation, energy, telecommunications, technology procurement and economic development. He has lectured throughout New York State on the deregulation of the electricity industry and the relationship between energy policy and global competitiveness. Previously, Chris was senior counsel in the New York State Assembly, serving two assembly speakers as parliamentarian and special counsel. He has received significant recognition for his work in reforming New York's drunk-driving laws
