Chris Miller is a member of Bracewell’s business and regulatory section. He represents clients in energy transactions that involve upstream and midstream oil and gas projects, electric utilities, and energy commodity trading. He assists clients in transactions that feature joint venture arrangements, acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies, leveraged finance, structured finance, and project finance and development.
