  • Christopher Maberry is a member of Bracewell's labor and employment group. His practice focuses on representing employers in all types of litigation and labor arbitration, from single-plaintiff cases, to "bet the business" matters. Chris has represented a diverse range of clients, from one of the nation's largest retailers to indigent citizens of the Dallas-Fort Worth community. He has taken and defended numerous depositions, arbitrated several matters, and personally tried a number of cases. Among other matters, Mr. Maberry previously worked on a case involving the largest employment discrimination class action in U.S. history, and recently drafted a motion for summary judgment accompanied by nearly 500 pages of briefing.
