Professional Biography:
Clay Wortham joined McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland, PLLC in 2012 as an associate in our Health Care Law department. He provides health law regulatory and transactional advice to health care providers and related entities, including hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, health plans and physician groups. Clay also counsels non-health care clients doing business in the health care industry on compliance with laws impacting the health care arena, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA and state privacy laws, and corporate practice of medicine restrictions. He joins McBrayer from the Chicago law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP.
