  • Collin W. Park is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Park concentrates his practice on patent litigation, licensing, counseling, and portfolio management. He has represented patent owners or defendants in numerous patent lawsuits before various district courts throughout the country, including patent litigation hotbeds in the District of Delaware, the Eastern District of Texas, and the Northern and Central Districts of California. Mr. Park has also represented clients in section 337 proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission. In addition to participating in various stages of litigation from pre-suit investigation to trial, he has negotiated settlement of a number of lawsuits for clients.
