Dana Berber is a law clerk in the Labor & Employment Law Department. She assists clients in a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including litigations, arbitrations, employment discrimination, labor-management relations and internal investigations.

At Cardozo School of Law, Dana served as an Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and as a Teaching Assistant for the Cardozo Lawyering and Legal Writing Center. She also participated in the Alexander Fellows Program, completing a junior clerkship for the Honorable Jack B. Weinstein of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
