Daniel Forman is an associate in the Capital Markets Group of the Corporate Department. He represents issuers, sponsors and underwriters in a variety of public and private capital markets transactions. He also counsels public companies on disclosure matters and associated liability considerations, including those relating to the Federal securities laws, Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank, and NYSE and NASDAQ rules and regulations.

Daniel advises clients active in the consumer, technology, biopharmaceutical, industrial, financial institutions and real estate sectors. He represents clients in initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, private placements, at-the-market offering programs, high-yield debt offerings and acquisition financings.
