Daniel Fox, an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office, focuses his practice on commercial disputes, product liability defense, and environmental litigation. He has successfully represented clients in federal and state court and has experience in all phases of litigation from the filing of the complaint through discovery, trial, and appeal.

Mr. Fox has successfully drafted and argued summary judgment motions. He has served as second-chair trial attorney in complex civil litigation, arguing motions in limine and conducting voir dire. He has drafted appellate briefs in both California appellate courts and the California Supreme Court.
