David A. Chase is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Orange County office.
While in law school, David was a senior notes and comments editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review as well as a staff editor for the U.C. Davis Business Law Journal. He also authored a note entitled “Clingman v. Beaver: Shifting Power from the Parties to the States,” 40 U.C. Davis L. Rev. 1935 (2007). After his first year of law school, he worked as a law clerk for a Nevada law firm specializing in civil and trial law. While there, he researched questions of law and fact regarding trademarks, bankruptcy, trusts, business torts and real estate development contracts.
