Dave is a member of the Environmental Practice Group and the Energy Law Practice Group. He works in the defense of federal and state environmental enforcement actions involving air quality, hazardous waste and solid waste issues. Dave assists clients with air permitting and related regulatory compliance matters at the state and federal levels. He is experienced with remedial investigation and clean-up activities required under RCRA and TSCA. Prior to attending law school, Dave worked as Environmental Manager for a Denver, Colorado based mining company, where his responsibilities included regulatory compliance and permitting for mining operations, mineral development and exploration activities on state and federal lands in the western United States. Dave’s technical background includes bachelor and master of science degrees in biology, as well as his industry and legal experience with environmental assessment projects.
