David A. Nenni is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Department. David's practice covers all aspects of labor and employment law in defense of employers. He is experienced in addressing issues concerning discrimination; retaliation; breach of employment contracts; wage-and-hour; and employment at-will. David advises and counsels employers regarding compliance with Title VII; the Americans with Disabilities Act; the Family and Medical Leave Act; the Fair Labor Standards Act; and various other state and federal employment statutes and regulations. He practices in state and federal courts, agencies, and commissions.
David has worked on appellate cases before both the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. David is proficient in Spanish and attended both St. Louis University in Madrid, Spain, as well as La Universidad de Alcala de Henares in Alcala de Henares, Spain.
