David Knaff is a member of the Business Practice Group of von Briesen & Roper, s.c. David focuses his practice on transactional matters and contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, securities and corporate finance issues. Prior to joining von Briesen, David spent over a decade in the legal field, including a number of years in the legal department of a publicly-traded financial technology provider performing securities, mergers, acquisitions, and commercial contract work.
During law school, David served as a judicial intern to Justice Ann Walsh Bradley of the Wisconsin Supreme Court as well as a research assistant to Professor Nadelle Grossman.
David is a member of the Chapter 183 Wisconsin Limited Liability Law Subcommittee of the State Bar of Wisconsin Business Law Section and an active member of the Milwaukee Bar Association and American Bar Association.
