She also counsels companies on federal healthcare program reimbursement, drug price reporting, and compliance requirements, and their potential business impact on the companies.

Donna advises clients on issues involving the acquisition and reimbursement of US federal healthcare supplies and services, particularly contracts involving the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the US Department of Defense (DOD), and the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
