Douglas Ochs Adler joined Vedder Price in 2008 as a member of the firm’s Equipment Finance Group. He has significant expertise in both the U.S. and abroad in the areas of complex project and structured finance transactions in a number of sectors including infrastructure, energy, aviation and maritime.
Mr. Adler previously served as Lead Counsel for the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the official Export Credit Agency of the United States. He provided legal advice to loan officers in the financing of large aircraft as well as complex project finance transactions and was also instrumental in the development of derivative products for use in a wide range of financing structures.
