  • Martin Kniehase advises issuers and underwriters on national and international equity and debt offerings. His main focus is on initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases, block trades, convertible bonds and exchangeable notes and dual-track sale processes, as well as derivative transactions with respect to own shares. He also advises in connection with public takeovers of listed companies and on general capital markets law issues (insider trading, ad hoc publications, directors’ dealings and voting rights announcements). In addition, Dr. Kniehase advises corporates on general corporate law and on the preparation of shareholders' meetings of stock corporations.
