Mr. Enriquez's practice focuses on complex litigation in both state and federal courts, including construction, insurance defense, and product liability.  He also advises U.S. and international clients on U.S. federal laws and regulations governing international business, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the Foreign Assets Controls Regulations.
