Mr. Phillips defends companies and individuals that are being investigated or prosecuted by the government. He has experience with complex, multinational investigations and his practice includes work related to the Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”), anti-money laundering (“AML”) laws, and global financial regulation. Mr. Phillips is also familiar with U.S. Federal antitrust law and emerging issues of Title IX compliance in higher education. In addition, he is active with the firm’s pro bono programs.
