Eileen S. Pruitt represents corporate and governmental clients in federal and state courts throughout the country. Ms. Pruitt focuses her practice on commercial contract disputes, UCC claims and product liability defense. She represents clients in a variety of industries including financial institutions, accounting firms, product manufacturers, physician groups, academic institutions and non-profit entities. Her experience includes all aspects of the litigation process including managing and litigating complex traditional and electronic discovery issues, alternative dispute resolution, trial and appellate practice.
