Elana B. Araj focuses her practice on patent, trademark, and copyright infringement litigation in district court, post-grant review proceedings before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and appeals before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Elana advises with respect to patentability and provides freedom to operate analyses and opinions. She also prepares and prosecutes domestic and foreign utility and design patent applications. In addition, Elana has experience in the licensing and transfer of intellectual property, as well as experience with privacy-related issues.
