Elizabeth H. Blattner is of counsel in the Dayton office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Blattner received her undergraduate degree in English Literature from The George Washington University and Juris Doctor from The George Washington University National Law Center. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association. Ms. Blattner concentrates her practice in all aspects of general corporate law, including business planning, contract drafting and negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions.  She also focuses on intellectual property licensing. Ms. Blattner also is a member of the firm's Professional Women's Resource Group (PWRG).
