Elizabeth is a member of Davis|Kuelthau’s Litigation Team in Milwaukee. She counsels individuals, businesses, and public sector clients across Wisconsin in a wide range of complex business disputes, including breach of contract and warranty, lender liability, unfair business practices, and insurance coverage. Construction and environmental litigation are her primary focus.

Elizabeth’s construction litigation experience includes resolving claims of design deficiencies, construction defects, inadequate inspection, and payment disputes. Her environmental litigation experience includes superfund and natural resource damages liability and notably includes defense of a municipal sewerage treatment plant in a long-running, complex CERCLA dispute regarding the cleanup of PCBs from the Lower Fox River. Elizabeth also has represented school districts regarding environmental, building remediation, and lease issues.
