Elliott Gurnick is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Practice. In 2017, Elliott was a summer associate and law clerk for Foley & Lardner LLP, where he gained experience assisting in contract negotiations for software procurement. Prior to joining Foley, he worked as a summer law intern researching laws on cyber insurance and retail sales policies and as an analyst intern for SpaceX.

Education

Elliott earned his law degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law (J.D., 2018), where he was a staff editor, lead article editor, and development manager for the UC Irvine Law Review. He was also a staff editor for the UC Irvine International Law Journal. He graduated cum laude from University of California, Riverside in 2014 with a B.S. in business administration.
