Erika Alba is a political law attorney and public affairs director with Foley & Lardner LLP and is a member of the firm’s Political Law and Government & Public Policy Practices. In her political law practice, Ms. Alba advises nonprofit organizations, private equity groups, corporations, candidates, campaigns, and individuals on state and federal campaign finance law, election law, and compliance issues related to lobbying, ethics and financial disclosure.

Ms. Alba has extensive legislative and regulatory experience, and in her government affairs practice has represented many different clients before the California and Florida Legislature and Governors’, Office as well as the California Attorney General, Chief Financial Officer, and executive branch agencies of Florida. These diverse clients include Fortune 500 corporations, small start-up companies, state and local agencies, industry associations, non-profit organizations, and political campaigns.
