Erin C. M. Hanlon is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Hanlon represents clients in white collar litigation matters, including federal and state cases and investigations alleging healthcare fraud, violations of the False Claims Act, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. She has experience representing a diverse array of healthcare industry clients in civil litigation involving consumer fraud, unfair trade practices and off-label marketing.  In addition, Ms. Hanlon also has experience defending clients in commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Hanlon received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2008, where she was an executive editor for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in English from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004.
