Erin M. Roark is a member of the Labor and Employment Department. Erin handles a variety of employment litigation, including race, sex, age, disability, religion, national origin and reverse discrimination and harassment claims, as well as claims of FMLA and ERISA retaliation. Her practice includes all aspects of pre-litigation investigation, evidence and witness preparation and trial and appellate work. Erin has also been involved in labor matters, from arbitration and unfair labor practice charges to organizing campaigns and elections. Erin also lectures on a variety of employment law topics at seminars and conferences sponsored by professional and business organizations and provides extensive in-house training on a variety of employment matters.
