The members of our ESOP Practice Group have been at the forefront of developments involving Employee Stock Ownership Plans for the past 20 years. Our long history with ESOPs allows our lawyers to provide clients with advice that is based on the results of hundreds of ESOP transactions. This experience, combined with our immersion in the most recent trends and developments, enables us to provide our clients with transaction structure designs and administration solutions that enable them to get the most benefit from their ESOPs and employee ownership of stock.
In the area of government affairs, we have participated in shaping federal ESOP legislation, and have provided input and insight into IRS and Department of Labor regulatory projects. We are frequently asked to provide legislative and regulatory updates to groups interested in ESOPs.
Our clients include both closely-held and publicly-traded companies with revenues ranging from a few million to a billion dollars. We have established ESOPs in a broad array of industries, including construction, engineering, government contracts, insurance brokerage, food services and manufacturing.
We are proud to be a go-to law firm for many of the best service providers in our ESOP industry, including trustees, investment bankers, corporate appraisers, consultants and other law firms.
