Ethan W. Johnson is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management and Securities Industry Practice. Mr. Johnson's practice focuses on investment management; banking and financial institution law; international corporate finance; mergers and acquisitions; corporate governance; and general corporate law. Mr. Johnson counsels clients on a wide variety of regulatory and transactional matters, including the creation of hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, UCITS and SEC-registered funds; the organization and operation of broker-dealers and investment advisers; corporate finance projects including public and private offerings of debt and equity issues; and joint venture and investment projects in Latin America, Europe and Asia.
