Eugenia Brache is an associate in our International Dispute Resolution Practice Group, based in the Dubai office. She focuses on international arbitration, with experience in commercial, construction and investment arbitrations.

Eugenia has worked on international disputes under the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation & Arbitration Center (ADCCAC), Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Bar Association and Center for Dispute Resolution of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo.

She intervenes as counsel in international arbitrations under both the civil and common law legal systems involving a wide range of industries, such as oil and gas, construction, technology, airline, mining and sports. She has also served as administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals.

Before joining the Dubai office, Eugenia worked at our Santo Domingo office for six years, where, in addition to her work on international arbitration, she also intervened in litigations before Dominican Republic courts.
